1999: Elected President of the Complexe International de la Lutte Biologique Agropolis, Montpellier, France (C. I. L. B. A.). This is a regroupment of 8 Research Institutes and places of higher education and the Ministry of Agriculture Plant Protection Division under the auspices of AGROPOLIS, which have an interest in practicing biological control of pests.
